Special Edition - for subscription only and each volume has a bound in leaf to confirm at the beginning of the books.

A very good set overall - attractive and well produced. Some scuffing and bumping to blue cloth covers, with gilt ornamentation. Text is generally very clean and bright but with foxing to extremities and around full page plates and fold-outs. Presentation annotation to each volume and neat owner's signature on each book.

A handsome set weighing almost 4kg unpacked.
