Print Folio of Chinese Mythology Silk Paintings

This large folio was published by
文物出版社 (Cultural Relics Press) in 1972 in Beijing.
The set comprises a large brown card outer folio containing an 8pp booklet in Chinese and 12 prints on white card. The prints depict sections of a silk funerary robe, as well as one print of the whole robe. The robe was found within a Western Han (206BC-24AD) Dynasty tomb at Mawangtui in Hunan province in 1972 on the 9th April. This set was published in September of that year.
Outer folio is very good with some signs of wear and a few marks. The booklet is also very good with one light stain on the cover. Prints are near fine. A very large set.
