Five Stallions and a Mare, c. 1600 (left of a pair);
Hawks, Snow, and Plum, c. 1615 (right of a pair); and;
Empty Sleeves, c. 1615 (left of a pair).

A fine set with silk brocade fabric over boards, with printed red title label, and fastened in traditional bone clasp fashion. With red paper to interior of fold-out box. All component parts present, and fastener intact and in excellent condition.
The set comprises an accordion style fold out booklet with introduction and detailed discussion of each screen. Comprising 11 numbered double panels (effectively 22pp). This is accompanied by 6 replica screens with gold and silver flecked paper covers to one side and the printed screens to the reverse. Each had a title label to the front panel. A lovely set in fine condition.
